We’re excited to release the first issue of the Spectrum Insider!
Designed to give you a monthly insight into the business and people behind the excellent services we deliver.
NPS Score
For the first issue, we’re taking a look at the performance of our Support team through the use of an NPS score. Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a customer loyalty and satisfaction measurement taken by asking customers how likely they are to recommend your product or service to others on a scale of 0-10. These results add together to create an overall score out of 100 (100 being the best and 0 being the worst). Businesses that use an NPS score tend to aim for a score of 71-100, as this is seen as the ‘holy grail’ score for those who use it.
After reiving all of the feedback for our NPS score, we received a final score of 88 out of 100! But the NPS score doesn’t just give us quantitative feedback about our performance. It also gives us qualitative feedback through the use of comments.
Here is some of the feedback we received:
National Pet Day
In other news… To celebrate National Pet Day, our team conducted a photoshoot of their pets, who modelled the latest Spectrum merch! Take a look at some of the adorable Spectrum pet photos below.
The Pod
If you don’t already know, our Podcast, ‘Tomorrow’s Workplace, Today’, is now available wherever you get your podcasts! Join us as we unpack all the latest cutting-edge office tech, hardware, and software that businesses are starting to implement. Keep an eye out over the next few weeks as we begin to invite new guests onto the Pod to talk all things tech and business!
Meet The Team
The Spectrum insider is a fantastic opportunity for you to get to know our staff better. So, we decided to interview our very own Digital Automation Consultant, Catherine!
Red Nose Day
Finally, let’s end with some charity work we did for Red Nose Day, in which we decided the shake things up. To raise money, we hosted an Office Olympics! Employees paid to enter a competition where the victor received an extra day off on a day of their choosing! We managed to raise £400, making the day a huge success.
