Richard was super helpful and really listened as we explained the problems we had with the printer/copier machine and reported back well. The call out time was brilliant arriving only a day later. Our printer in the office (heritage) was printing fine however making this incredibly loud clicking sound when printing. We all agreed this didn't sound good so we rung It @ Spectrum and they sent Matt W out the following morning to take a look. Matt was lovely, very professional, fast and quick sorted the issue out for us. He is a credit to the It @ spectrum workforce and we hope to deal with him again soon.
