The Objectives

RMS was seeking a service that could manage all its printing needs across its multiple offices. With too many printers and copiers scattered across their sites, RMS wanted to merge all devices into one Managed Print Service supplier that could handle everything in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

The Solution

When an organisation handles a huge number of products, there becomes a need for a reliable infrastructure that can support the large amount of printing and documentation that goes alongside it. Working alongside RMS, Spectrum implemented a fleet of Canon devices to meet the high demand for documentation. The hardware provided is fully integrated, allowing for the central management of print services that allows for full visibility across multiple sites.

The integration of uniFLOW software alongside the Canon fleet has also allowed for greater visibility within RMS’ printing infrastructure, allowing for greater opportunity for optimisation as and when needed. This new software, alongside the hardware, comes with top-levels of service from Spectrum, whose technicians and support staff are there on-hand if an issue is to ever arise.
